T'ang Quartet brings National Museum of Singapore's Dreams & Reality - Music At An Exhibition series to a close with the only string quartets composed by Debussy and Ravel. Also featured are works by Stravinsky who was a good friend of Debussy (both were mutual admirers of each other's work though neither was thought to have influenced teh other's compositional style); the English composer Vaughan Williams who was under the tutelage of Ravel forthree months; and another English contemporary Frank Bridge, the violinist-composer-conductor, who had on occasions performed in ensembles where Ravel directed and Fauré performed on the piano.
